Our batch kilns enable advanced lumber refinement through precise climate control during the drying process, in combination with our Valmatics 4.0 control system. This ensures maximum flexibility, minimal risk of checking, and precision drying to the exact target moisture content.

Compact design Batch kilns require relatively little space and are an excellent choice when high final quality is needed at the lowest investment cost. With batch kilns from Valutec, sawmills gain the right conditions to meet growing demands for refinement and customer-specific solutions. They are designed for batch volumes up to 250 m³ (≈106 MBF), with annual capacities typically ranging from 10,000–20,000 m³ (≈4–8 MMBF).
